Implementation SpecialistResponsibilities Implementation SpecialistGain a deep understanding of the products leveraged across the entire software landscape. Lead implementation projects and interface directly with user base. Be responsible for ensuring that implementations are executed smoothly and meet client expectations that are clearly defined and documented.Key Responsibilities:Assist with the configuration and setup of software(s) to align with client specifications and business goals and needsLead the planning and execution of implementation projectsEnsure system setup meets current business needs and requirementsAssist with regression testing releases track issues work with development and deploy software updatesStay updated with product developments and updates to provide ongoing value to the businessCustomize solutions to fit client needs and business processes while understanding the IT support chain and full business scopeAssist with business communications and addressing any issues that ariseDaily support of applications from user requests to issuesEnsure ticketing templates meet the business and user needs and have clear directionsCreate end-user training and maintain documentation for multiple applicationsQUALIFICATIONS:Excellent problem-solving analytical and decision-making skills.Comfortable working in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders.Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.Payroll Processing Understanding (with Union experience) is a plusExposure to Electronic Timekeeping SystemsPrevious Software Support to end users of systemAbility to work on many tasks simultaneouslyExperience working with Vista (Viewpoint) or similar Construction ERP System is a plusExperienced knowledge of Microsoft ProductsSelf-starter organized and detail orientedWorking Conditions/Physical Requirements:Office environment with standard working hours may require occasional flexibility to accommodate project timelines or address urgent issues.The job involves primarily sedentary work requiring prolonged periods of sitting at a desk or computer workstation to perform administrative tasks.Extensive use of computers and office equipment is essential for tasks such as drafting documents managing databases sending emails and scheduling appointments.
