We are seeking a detail-oriented *Accessibility Remediation Specialist* to review and updateMicrosoft Word and PDF documents to meet ADA WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508 accessibilitystandards. This role ensures our public-facing documents are fully accessible properly tagged andcompliant with current accessibility guidelines.----h2. *Key Responsibilities** Remediate Word and PDF documents for accessibility compliance* Apply correct heading structure ALT text reading order tagging bookmarks and metadata* Convert documents cleanly between Word and PDF while maintaining accessibility* Identify accessibility issues and correct formatting problems* Communicate with content owners to clarify intent or resolve issues* Ensure all deliverables meet Section 508 / WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards* Use Accessibility Checkers to validate documents----h2. *Required Skills & Qualifications** Strong knowledge of *Microsoft Word accessibility features* (styles headings tables lists alt text)* Advanced experience in *Adobe Acrobat Pro* (tagging reading order accessibility toolsremediation)* Understanding of *Section 508 WCAG 2.1 AA* and ADA requirements* Ability to remediate complex documents including forms tables and multi-section reports* High attention to detail and strong quality assurance skills* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines* Experience with large organizations or government/public sector is a plus----h2. *Preferred Skills (Optional)** Experience with *AEM Forms* *fillable PDFs* or form accessibility* Knowledge of screen readers (JAWS NVDA)* Experience writing accessibility reports or documenting remediation stepsRequired Skills : Basic Qualification : Additional Skills : This is a high PRIORITY requisition.
