This is an on-site position located at our manufacturing facility in Mason City Iowa.We are growing and there has never been a more exciting time to join us!Come see who we are at: would you do as ourTechnical Support / IT Infrastructure InternYou will provide day-to-day technical support to end users across multiple locations troubleshooting hardware and software issues assisting with account and system access and learning how IT infrastructure operates inside a complex manufacturing this role youll also gain real-world experience with robotic automation enterprise-level networking and global IT collaboration. Youll receive hands-on mentorship from experienced infrastructure professionals while strengthening your skills in troubleshooting customer support and system administration.You would also:Support business system software and hardware including ERP/iSeries applications end-user devices and accounts/accessDiagnose and resolve hardware/software issues in person by phone or via remote toolsMaintain a customer-first mindset while keeping users updated on ticket progressProvide ad-hoc training to employees on proper hardware and software usageResearch end-user issues and recommend effective solutionsWork with IT team members to escalate issues when neededApply troubleshooting methodologies and document findingsEnsure compliance with federal/state regulations AADG policies and the ASSA ABLOY Code of ConductPerform other duties and special projects as assignedThe Skills and Experience you need:Currently pursuing or recently completed an associates degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related fieldMinimum 6 months of IT coursework or hands-on technical support experienceStrong customer service communication and interpersonal skillsWorking knowledge of Windows laptops/desktops printers scanners and mobile devicesFamiliarity with Windows operating systems Microsoft Office and productivity toolsAbility to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environmentAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving skillsExperience with Windows 10 Windows image deployment and SCCM is a plusWhat we offer!We believe in creating opportunities and providing benefits that empower you to grow thrive and build a rewarding lifelong career with us.
