Pay Grade/Pay Range:Minimum: $23.37 - Midpoint: $29.23 (Hourly N7)Department/Organization:200731 - TelecommunicationsNormal Work Schedule:Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pmJob Summary:The IT Infrastructure Technician I supports basic level installation repair and maintenance of the network telephone and cable TV infrastructure for the campus under close supervision.Additional Department Summary:Supports basic level installation repair and maintenance of the network telephone and cable TV infrastructure for the campus.Required Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or GED.Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Must have valid U.S. drivers license. Must be at least 19 years of age at time of hire and have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report that is in compliance with University policies. Applicants under the age of 21 will have some driving restrictions.Skills and Knowledge:Experience in installation of cabling within buildings. Ability to read building plans and cable routes.
