Best of all its a place where everyone is welcome.Position OverviewTo Provide Help Desk support to the It department and the Walton Arts Center organizationRequirementsPrincipal Responsibilities (Essential Functions)Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistancePerform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questionsDetermine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customersWalk the customer through the problem-solving processDirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnelProvide accurate information on IT products or servicesRecord events and problems and their resolution in provided ticketing platformFollow-up and update customer status and informationPass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal teamIdentify and suggest possible improvements on proceduresRepresent Walton Arts Center / Walmart AMP at both on and off-site events as requested.Maintain professional working relationships with teammates fellow staff members from other departments vendors patrons and tenants of leased spaces.Perform related duties as assigned by supervisorMaintain security and safety requirements as defined by operations guidelines.Maintain compliance with all company policies and proceduresMinimum QualificationsThe work environment as well as the intellectual social and physical demands described here arerepresentative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions ofthis job.
