Job ID:113363The Leonardo DRS Airborne and Intelligence Systems business is a global leader and strategic partner committed to delivering world-class, full life-cycle defense and intelligence products that protect the security of our nation and our allies.From air combat training to state-of-the-art electronic warfare systems, our technology is deployed by virtually all U.S. military and government agencies around the world.Job SummaryAssist in the management of effective delivery and coordination of training programs for all employees, while supporting the design, development, and enhancement of learning programs that align with organizational goals, drive employee growth, and strengthen talent development initiatives.Job ResponsibilitiesAssist in the management of effective delivery and coordination of training programs for all employeesResponsible for helping enhance existing training programsHelp identify and arrange suitable training solutionsActively search, creatively design, and suggest effective methods of trainingConsult with management and employees to gain knowledge of work situations requiring training and to better understand changes in procedures, business initiatives and technologiesHelp to coordinate training schedules with the hiring and training demands of the organizationAssist in the selection or development of teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, reference works, etcAssist in scheduling training sessions within individual training programs ensuring facility set up, audiovisual set up and employee notificationLead the creation and execution of the organization's talent development strategy, including career pathing, mentorship programs, and succession planning, in alignment with business goals and cultural values.Oversee all phases of training and development programming-from needs assessment and design to delivery, measurement, and continuous improvement.Partner with leadership and People Operations to support employee growth, talent pipelines, and long-term organizational readiness.Establish metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and ROI, using data to inform improvements and ensure organizational impact.Support, communicate, reinforce, and defend the mission, values, and culture of the organizationIncorporate AI tools and capabilities into training and talent development processes, ensuring programs evolve with emerging technologies.Job Responsibilities Part IIAssist in the coordination of deployment of corporate sponsored training workshops to new and existing employees and work groups, including establishing training schedules, location arrangements, working with consultants, etc.QualificationsBachelor's degree with 3+ years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Talent development experience preferred.Excellent verbal, written, presentation and platform skillsComfortable communicating with all levels of management and employeesSuperior process consultation and facilitation skills requiredStrong planning and organizational skillsAbility to speak effectively in personal situations and before groups of employeesMicrosoft Office products including strong PowerPoint, Word and Excel requiredLMS experience a plusTaking care of our people is a top priority at Leonardo DRS.
