Here youll be supported in progressing whatever your ambitions.About the role:Join Boston Scientific as an IT Manager ERP Transformation to lead critical projects and teams that advance the Magellan program.The Magellan initiative is our most ambitious technology and business transformation in two decades focused on migrating our ERP system from SAP ECC to S4 HANA. This global program is designed to streamline unify and advance our core business operations paving the way for enhanced data-informed decision-making that will propel future an IT Manager you will play a critical leadership role in overseeing the successful implementation of S4 HANA for our Logistics IT function. This includes driving future deployments and leading the Enterprise Competency Center that supports the current S4 Logistics landscape.Work mode:At Boston Scientific we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week.Your responsibilities will include:Leads and develops a team through coaching mentorship and performance managementProvides strategic direction and accountability for Agile Product Teams supporting SAP Logistics within the Magellan ProgramCollaborates with the PMO and overall IT Logistics leadership to align priorities timelines and outcomesDrives end-to-end supply chain planning including Delivery Management and Inbound/Outbound processesSupports master data integration and transformation activities across ECC and S4/HANABuilds and sustains Agile teams to support critical business transformation initiativesManages program deliverables schedules risk tracking and governance documentationLeads communication and alignment efforts across cross-functional teams and global stakeholdersDrives Steering Committee meeting preparation including agenda and material developmentManages issue resolution risk mitigation and action item follow-up to ensure on-time on-budget deliveryEngages in vendor and stakeholder management including RFP/SOW process management in collaboration with Global SourcingEnsures continuous improvement and predictable disruption planning to minimize business impactQualifications:Required qualifications:Minimum of a bachelors degree in a relevant field of studyMinimum of 5 years experience leading and mentoring global cross-functional teamsMinimum of 6 years experience in IT project delivery including SAP logistics experienceAbility to travel up to 10% for business purposesPreferred qualifications:Experience in the medical device or other regulated industryExperience using Agile management tools (e.g. JIRA Rally Azure DevOps)Strategic thinker with a global perspective on systems and process sustainabilityStrong commitment to execution and results with a focus on timely deliveryDemonstrated accountability and commitment to continuous improvementStrong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills#LI-CDRequisition ID:619057Minimum Salary: $103700Maximum Salary: $197000The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) see vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training pertinent education including licensure and certifications among other relevant business or organizational needs.
