Key Responsibilities Ensure operational reliability and uptime of all IT and OT systems supporting manufacturing processes. Manage and maintain critical IT infrastructure including network servers databases and shop floor technology (e.g. PLCs HMIs IoT devices). Develop and enforce robust cybersecurity measures to protect manufacturing data intellectual property and operational technology (OT) systems. Oversee the implementation maintenance and optimization of ERP MES and other production-critical software systems. Lead IT strategy and roadmap development aligning technology initiatives with manufacturing business objectives and growth. Manage IT vendor relationships contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure optimal support for manufacturing operations. Implement and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans for critical IT systems to minimize production downtime. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience managing IT operations and infrastructure within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding and practical experience with manufacturing-specific IT systems (e.g. ERP MES SCADA). Demonstrated leadership in managing IT teams projects and vendor relationships. Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices for operational technology (OT) and industrial control systems (ICS). Ability to strategically align IT initiatives with manufacturing business objectives and process improvement. Bonus Qualifications Familiarity with Operational Technology (OT) environments including SCADA PLCs and industrial networks. Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies. Demonstrated ability to leverage data analytics and Business Intelligence (BI) for manufacturing process optimization. Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices within Industrial Control Systems (ICS) or OT environments.
