Implement and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency cost reduction and continuous improvement. Manage operational budgets identify cost-saving opportunities and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Recommended Qualifications Proven experience managing manufacturing operations including production logistics and quality control. Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on developing and motivating production staff. Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems for production planning scheduling and inventory management. Solid financial acumen including experience with budget management cost control and P&L responsibility. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Proficiency with specific ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics). Experience implementing automation or Industry 4.0 initiatives. Multi-site operational leadership experience.
