Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription:JOB PURPOSE• Responsible for all aspects of the company's information technology systems, infrastructure, and direction of the support team. Manages IT support analysts, implements and maintains hardware and software systems, ensures data security and compliance, and leads technical support to staff members. Also assists in developing and implementing IT policies, procedures and budgets, and keeps up with emerging technologies and trends in the industry.Requirements:Manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications.• Ensure the security of company data and systems through the implementation of robust security measures and compliance with relevant regulations.• Lead the provision of technical support and assistance to staff members, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and resolving technical problems in a timely manner.• Develop and maintain IT support procedures to ensure that all team members follow correct steps and provide high quality service to end users.• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address their IT needs and requirements, ensuring that IT solutions support the company's overall goals and objectives.• Manage and lead a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance management.• Maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure the best possible service and value for the company.• Reports on IT activities, projects, and performance to management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.• Lead growth of the IT support team’s skills and professional development by directly mentoring to demonstrate desired behaviors and outputs.• May require reliable transportation and must have a valid driver’s license for travel to multiple clinics throughout United States.• Proactively monitor and report on network connectivity and system health at company locations.• Build and maintain IT equipment for remote medical support.• Manage the IT support on-call scheduleQUALIFICATIONS• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support leadership.• Proven track record of managing complex IT systems.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues and identify opportunities for process improvement.• Relevant academic or professional qualification, or equivalent experience.• Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications systems, with experience in both on-premise and cloud-based environments.• Ability to drive results by inspiring, motivating and directing team members to achieve performance outcomes.• Solid understanding of IT security principles and best practices, with experience in implementing and managing security measures to protect company data and systems.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders and build relationships with internal and external partners.
