Key Responsibilities Lead mentor and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and technical staff. Oversee the planning and execution of engineering projects including new product introduction and process improvements. Proven ability to manage complex engineering projects from concept to successful implementation. Strong problem-solving skills and experience in driving technical innovation and process optimization.
