Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain critical IT infrastructure and operational technology (OT) systems to ensure continuous production. Recommended Qualifications Extensive experience managing IT infrastructure and operations within a manufacturing context. Proficiency with manufacturing-specific IT systems such as ERP MES SCADA and industrial IoT. Proven leadership in IT team management project delivery and strategic IT planning. Strong understanding of cybersecurity data integrity and operational technology (OT) security. Ability to align IT strategies with manufacturing business objectives and drive operational efficiency. Bonus Qualifications Experience with Operational Technology (OT) and IT/OT convergence. Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) SCADA or industrial IoT platforms. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies. Experience supporting ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) specifically within a manufacturing environment.
