IT Manager Spring Lake MI Salary Range: $98000 - $145000 depending on experience Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for technology infrastructure and supporting business operations The Pivot Group is dedicated to fostering meaningful relationships and supporting career advancement. The Opportunity We partner with manufacturers across Spring Lake seeking IT Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers networks and end-user hardware across office and production environments. Oversee and support critical manufacturing applications (e.g. ERP MES SCADA) to ensure operational continuity and efficiency. Develop and implement cybersecurity measures to protect proprietary data intellectual property and operational technology (OT) systems. Lead IT projects including system upgrades new technology implementations and integrations for manufacturing processes. Provide technical support and guidance to all employees including production staff to minimize operational downtime. Manage IT vendor relationships contracts and procurement for hardware software and services. Ensure IT systems and practices comply with industry regulations data privacy standards and internal policies. Recommended Qualifications Experience managing IT infrastructure and operations within a manufacturing environment. Proven expertise with manufacturing ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics 365). Demonstrated understanding of Operational Technology (OT) and IT/OT convergence. Strong background in IT project management vendor management and budget oversight. Solid knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data protection pertinent to industrial environments. Bonus Qualifications Experience with Operational Technology (OT) or Industrial Control Systems (ICS) like SCADA or PLCs. Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or specific manufacturing-focused ERP modules (e.g. SAP PP/QM Oracle EBS). Knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts IoT or digital transformation initiatives within a production environment. Understanding of IT/OT cybersecurity best practices and compliance in an industrial setting.
