IT Network Administrator at recruitometry

IT Network Administrator We are looking for an experienced IT Network Administrator to design build and maintain secure scalable and highly available network infrastructure within Microsoft Azure. In this role you will ensure the performance reliability and compliance of our cloud and hybrid environments while supporting fast-growing business needs and industry-leading security standards. Key Responsibilities: On-Prem & Cloud Network Design and Management Configure and manage Azure Virtual Networks (VNets) subnets and Network Security Groups (NSGs). Implement and maintain VPNs ExpressRoute and hybrid connectivity solutions. Optimize network performance and troubleshoot complex connectivity issues across cloud and on-prem environments. Security & Compliance Apply Azure Firewall DDoS protection and network security best practices. Ensure adherence to organizational and regulatory compliance standards. Monitor and respond proactively to security alerts threats and vulnerabilities. Monitoring & Optimization Use Azure Monitor Network Watcher and related tools to track performance and diagnose issues. Conduct capacity planning performance tuning and cost optimization for network resources. Collaboration & Support Work closely with cloud architects system administrators and security teams to design and support infrastructure solutions. Provide Tier 3 support for advanced network-related incidents and escalations. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience). 3 years of experience in cloud networking preferably within Microsoft Azure. Strong knowledge of Azure networking services (VNets ExpressRoute Load Balancers Application Gateways). Expertise in network security principles and security tools within Azure. Familiarity with PowerShell or Azure CLI for automation.
