JOB DESCRIPTION

Overview / Summary: This role supports IT operations within a manufacturing plant environment. The position focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting IT infrastructure and applications used in production, while contributing to process improvement initiatives. The role involves working with cross-functional and global teams to ensure system reliability and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for IT applications, infrastructure, operating systems, and end-user productivity tools Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across plant systems and infrastructure Support plant floor systems and assist in incident resolution and escalation Perform data analysis and problem resolution for applications and infrastructure Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize system improvements and enhancements Maintain and support network equipment in a Cisco-based environment Support servers in both physical and virtual environments (Windows and Linux) Assist in integration and long-term maintenance of applications and hardware Develop and maintain accurate support documentation Support business continuity efforts and execute escalation procedures Assist IT leadership with workload and assignment management Support deployment and expansion of technologies including IIOT, mobile devices, and software-defined networks Work flexible hours to support multi-shift operations, including weekends as needed Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Experience or willingness to learn: Server administration (Windows 2016+ and/or Linux) Cisco routers and switches (basic setup, troubleshooting, cabling) Windows Server and Active Directory / ADFS Virtualization platforms (vSphere) Office 365 and SharePoint Android and iOS devices (iPhones, iPads) Office automation tools, PCs, and printers Handheld scanners and imaging devices Strong technical troubleshooting and IT support skills What Makes HTC A Great Place To Build Your Future HTC Global Services wants you to join our team.
