Who we are looking forWe are seeking an experiencedSr IT Planning & Strategy Professional to drive technology programs that involve cross-organizational and strategic initiatives including Ai, Infrastructure & Cloud, Security and Regulatory and business initiatives in the Investment Management space. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in overseeing multiple interdependent technology projects, aligning them with strategic business goals including a clear understanding of core technology platform concepts including Microservices, AI Gateways, Data & Analytic OLAP Platforms, Transactional databases including Oracle, AWS architecture, API Gateway, networking, security, automation, and platform architecture. This role will drive to success scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud solutions, working closely with platform engineering division, DevOps, and security teams to ensure alignment with business and compliance requirements.This position requires extensive experience driving to completion investment management technology implementations across IT Architecture and development lifecycle experience in Front and Middle Office.  Understanding the investment domain is essential including trade lifecycle through front and middle office, compliance and risk management.  Understanding the budget process, ROI and business case construction is also essential.         Why this role is important to usThe team you will be joining plays an important role in the overall success of the organization. AWS, Azure) would be a plusExtensive presentation experience in large forumsExtensive experience driving Global teamsExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to diplomatically and effectively manage issues across functional teamsSuccessful candidate should be enthusiastic, keen to be part of a growing teamEducation & Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s Or Master’s degree in a technology related field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, etc.) required14+ years of IT program and project management3+ years of Cloud program experienceA technical background with 3 – 8 years in Python or Java as development experience a plus.7+ years of managing with Global Teams5+ years of experience in data projects including relational databases or OLAPExcellent knowledge on Public Cloud tech stackPrior working knowledge of JIRA and ConfluenceExperience in Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) or waterfallSalary Range: $120,000 - $202,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
