IT Project Management Intern - Summer 2026Munich Re America Services (MRAS) is a shared service organization that delivers services to all Munich Re US P&C Companies and other group entities.The OpportunityFuture focused and always one step aheadIn this position, the IT Project Management Intern will gain familiarity with common project management tools used for resource, budget and timeline management while gaining experience in a highly regulated IT environment (process governance, documentation requirements, risk and control management).ResponsibilitiesMonitor project-related dashboard data; follow up with corrections as needed.Support the creation and maintenance of project-related process documentationCo-lead small project QualificationsGrade Level: Undergraduate Rising Junior or SeniorPreferred Majors: Risk Management, Project Management, Computer Info SystemsWorking familiarity with Microsoft apps like Excel, PowerPoint, etc.Light data analysisGood interpersonal skills; ability to motivateMust be comfortable learning new applications and have a working knowledge of common MS Office applicationsWillingness to learn or experience using AI to create documents is a plus!
