IT Project Manager (AppDev & Infrastructure) at Endurance IT Services

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in Application Development and Infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will hold a PMP certification have hands-on experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and demonstrate the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex technology initiatives on time and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end-to-end IT projects involving application development and infrastructure components.Develop detailed project plans timelines and budgets; monitor progress and adjust as needed.Apply Agile Waterfall or hybrid methodologies to ensure successful project delivery.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables.Manage risks issues and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies.Facilitate communication between technical teams business units and executive leadership.Ensure compliance with organizational standards policies and best practices.Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.Required SkillsProject Management Expertise: Proven experience managing complex IT projects involving both Application Development and Infrastructure.PMP Certification: Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.Methodology Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Technical Understanding: Solid knowledge of SDLC application architecture and infrastructure technologies (servers networks cloud environments).Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to communicate effectively with technical teams business stakeholders and executive leadership.Risk & Issue Management: Skilled in identifying assessing and mitigating project risks and issues.Tools & Platforms: Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira Confluence MS Project or similar.Budget & Timeline Control: Demonstrated success in managing project budgets schedules and resource allocation.Leadership & Team Collaboration: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative environment.Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong aptitude for troubleshooting and resolving technical and process-related challenges.SAP Project experience not required but would be very desirable.Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud migration projects (AWS Azure or GCP).Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.ITIL certification or familiarity with IT service management frameworks.Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or related field.
