Job Title: IT Project Manager IV Location: Rosemead CA 91770 Duration: 18 Months Job Type: Temporary Assignment Work Type: Hybrid Job Description: Job duties may include: preventing power surges; ensuring that the right amount of energy is distributed; operating power-generating equipment; measuring power flow with gauges meters and charts; and maintaining generators turbines and other equipment. Education/Experience: Associate Degree in applicable profession business or technical discipline or an equivalent combination of education training and experience; possesses seven to ten years of experience. Education Requirement: Bachelors Degree Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload: Core Duties of a Project Manager at the client. Project Planning & Scheduling Develop yearly monthly and weekly schedules for inspections and project milestones. Coordinate field investigations and manage timelines using tools like SAP MS Access and Excel. Tracking & Reporting Monitor project progress costs and resource allocation. Prepare and maintain logs databases and reports for management and regulatory compliance. Stakeholder Coordination Interface with internal teams contractors and external partners. Participate in weekly and ad-hoc project status meetings to review in-flight projects. Compliance & Safety Ensure adherence to the client safety protocols and regulatory Support initiatives that improve safety and reliability of electrical systems. Analysis & Problem-Solving Perform cost/benefit and trend analysis. Identify issues and recommend solutions for program challenges. Required Skills/Attributes Minimum Requirements: Typically 5 years of IT or other project management experience for senior PM roles. At least 2 3 years in analytical or project coordination roles for entry-level PM or analyst positions. Education: Bachelors degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience). Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Access and SAP for data analysis and reporting. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects under time constraints. Leadership and team collaboration capabilities.
