The Renter Solutions department is responsible for the retention and maintenance of driver and loyalty profile information for EHI customers and making this data securely available to other services solutions and third-party Solutions applications are criticaltotherental booking andfulfillment processesacross our operations globally. We work closely with our business stakeholders from around the globe forall ofour brands to make enhancements to our applications and to stay ahead in our ever-evolving global operations. This is an exciting time to join the Renter Solutions team as our roadmap includes API evolution and migration to cloud in addition to supporting business capabilities around core pillars of our company strategy.As a Senior IT Business Analyst on this team you will be responsible for developing interpreting reviewing validating documenting and maintaining business and functional requirements. Here you will evaluate business requests to determine feasibility research and identify options and recommend solutions that best serve business needs. You will also present information and track and respond to questions related to business addition you will participate in acceptance testing identify potential problems and research opportunities to minimize complexity. You will serve as the primary interface between the user and the IT team.
