Role Description: Experience in End user Devices Support (Desktops Laptops Mobile Devices Printers Scanners) Possesses a good knowledge of network devices like routers switches Wireless Access points and firewalls Experience in handling Incidents through an ITSM platform and actioning it. Able to work in 24 x 7 shifts on a rotational basis Strong analytical and deductive skills Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact across multiple disciplines Mobility to walk around the Airport terminal (only 1 Site) inspecting devices and report issues.
