Infrastructure & Systems SupportInstall configure and maintain hardware/software including servers PCs laptops printers and scannersManage server room environment (UPS power temperature/humidity control)Apply OS and software patches and security updatesMonitor system performance and respond quickly to incidentsOperate and inspect backup systems; provide basic data recovery supportSupport SQL database operations and application maintenance2. Network & SecurityOperate LAN/WAN and wireless network equipment and respond to network issuesSupport network infrastructure changes and security equipment operationsAssist with firewall operations and policy updates (in alignment with HQ/security team guidelines)Manage VPN and remote access environmentsMonitor and support CCTV and access control systems3. Application & Manufacturing SystemsSupport ERP MES and shop-floor automation systemsManage field devices (CIMON HMI PDA barcode printers etc.)Support installation and deployment of new softwareHandle user requests and troubleshoot application issuesMaintain application operation logs and support audits4. User & Technical SupportCreate and deactivate employee accountsProvide IT support for office and production employeesTroubleshoot hardware software and network issuesCreate IT manuals and assist with user trainingManage IT equipment procurement issuance returns and disposal5.
