IT Support Associate at Mission Pre-Born

Scope: The IT Support Specialist provides frontline technology support to staff ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the IT department. This role assists the IT Manager with helpdesk requests and technical troubleshooting. This role is ideal for a technically savvy hands-on problem solver. The IT Support Specialist is an essential team member who ensures staff have the tools processes and environment they need to thrive. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with hardware software and common office technologies. Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience supporting process rollout or project coordination. Nonprofit mission-driven organization experience. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Google Workspace or similar productivity suites. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for staff helpdesk requests (hardware software accounts printers connectivity etc.). Assist with workstation setup configuration and maintenance for new and existing employees. Support the IT Manager with technology updates inventory management and user account administration. Document IT support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system. Provide basic training and guidance to staff on software and technology tools.
