This role is crucial in maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring reliable technology systems across our organization.Export Control : This position requires that the candidate selected be a U.S. Citizen in order to comply with U.S. government-imposed requirements related to the nature of the work and/or where it will be performed.Key job responsibilities* This shift is a Night-Shift position with a 6PM start time.* Process tickets via approved standard operating procedures (SOPs) to triage and resolve customer issues.* Provision Deploy and troubleshoot Windows Linux and maxOS workstations* Provision Deploy and troubleshoot bare-metal windows and Linux servers* Configure Deploy and Replace network infrastructure including switches routers and firewalls* Participate in hiring training and development of others* Provide technical support for Leo Production lab and launch Infrastructure components and associated software * Provide remote support for Leo employees and infrastructure worldwide* Perform scheduled maintenance and system upgrades* Assist with project implementations and technology deployments* Drives engineering best practices (e.g. Operational Excellence Security Quality etc.) and set standards.* Participate in on-call responsibilities.* up to 25% Travel Requirements10037A day in the lifeYou start the day by reviewing critical incidents that need to be prioritized. The base pay for this position ranges from $47700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $103000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
