To learn more visit our benefits and perks page.Position Overview:As an IT Support Technician you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and maintaining the companys IT systems. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues install and configure software and hardware and assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects. Schedule: 3/12 hour shifts rotating scheduleThis is an essential onsite role.Responsibilities:Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to employees for hardware software and network issues in a timely mannerInstall configure and maintain software and hardwareAssist in the planning resource allocation and implementation of IT hardware/software projectsMonitoring and remediating issues with select server systemsDevelop computer and hardware-based solutions for business needs as Maintain accurate records of IT support requests and resolutionsKeep up with the latest hardware and software technologiesCoordinate with internal organization/support groups and/or with vendorsOther duties as assigned including but not limited to possible reallocation of efforts to other organizations per business need and management request.Required Knowledge Skills and ExperienceProven experience in an IT support or similar roleComputer & Network Technology A.A.S. degree or related field (Preferred) IT certification (e.g. CompTIA A Network) (Preferred)Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware software and network issuesKnowledge in various operating systems (Windows/Mac/Linux/iOS/Android)Self-motivatedFamiliarity with IT security best practicesExcellent communication and customer service skillsPhysical Requirements: Generally spend the workday sitting at a workstation and operating computer devices such as but not limited to keyboard mouse and screen Generally spend the workday performing repetitive motions that involve or affect the hands head and other parts of your body Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs. from floor to shoulder height Constantly positions self to maintain IT equipment including under the desks and in the server closetCompensation:The base pay range for this position is:$23.25to$32.00Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
