Your key responsibilities include:Providing responsive on-site and remote support for hardware, software, and network issuesInstalling, configuring, and maintaining workstations, servers, and infrastructure componentsAdministering user accounts, permissions, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365Managing backups, disaster recovery solutions, and system documentationSupporting GMP and FDA compliance, including system validation and audit readinessApplying network and cybersecurity best practices across manufacturing and lab systemsCollaborating with Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, and Operations teams to support IT-critical processesWhat You Bring2+ years experience in IT support or system administrationExperience in pharma, biotech, or other GMP-regulated industries highly preferredStrong technical foundation in Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and Active DirectoryKnowledge of ERP, LIMS, MES, or other manufacturing/lab systems is a plusUnderstanding of GMP, 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity principlesCertifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft MDAA, ITIL, or similar are beneficialExcellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skillsWhy This Role?Work at the intersection of technology and life science innovationPlay a key role in systems supporting product quality and patient safetyJoin a collaborative team in a growing organisation with real advancement potentialBe part of a high-quality, compliant, and mission-driven environmentLocationCosta Mesa, CA (on-site)
