Job Description
Position Location: Baltimore MDSchedule: Monday through Friday in office (Baltimore MD)Salary: $80000 - $85000 per yearJoin Chimes and go further to help others go far! This allows us to take a comprehensive holistic approach to improving the lives of every person we serve those who receive and those who reap the benefits of our innovative responsive solutions.Primary ResponsibilitiesSystems AdministrationMaintain and administer IT systems including software hardware and configurations.Administer Windows servers and Hybrid Entra-AD environment.Support and maintain Microsoft 365 Applications including Entra ID administration.Install configure and maintain servers endpoints and software.Monitor performance availability and system capacity; resolve deficiencies proactively.Manage configuration standards and ensure consistent system builds.Security Backup & RecoveryImplement and maintain security controls across cloud and on-prem systems.Ensure timely patching updates and vulnerability remediation.Manage endpoint and cloud security tools.Perform data backups monitor backup jobs and conduct regular test restores.Support incident response and assist in security investigations.Support & CollaborationProvide Tier 3 escalation support for complex technical issues.Mentor junior IT staff and guide troubleshooting efforts.Communicate effectively with staff and respond promptly to urgent support needs.Collaborate with internal teams vendors and partners on projects and system improvements.Documentation Projects & Process ImprovementMaintain accurate technical documentation diagrams and SOPs.Participate in system upgrades migrations new deployments and lifecycle projects.Recommend tools and techniques that improve reliability security and efficiency.Other DutiesAttend trainings and staff meetings; stay current on best practices.Perform additional tasks or special projects as assigned.RequirementsEducation & ExperienceVocational/technical training or equivalent experience required; certifications or relevant college coursework preferred.35 years of hands-on systems administration and security experience.Skills & QualificationsStrong knowledge of Windows Server AD Group Policy DNS/DHCP and M365 administration.Experience with endpoint management tools (Intune ManageEngine etc.).Familiarity with security controls backup systems disaster recovery and incident response.Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.Strong communication collaboration and problem-solving abilities.Additional RequirementsAcceptable driving record if travel is required.Key AttributesProactive adaptable and committed to continuous improvement.Strong ownership mentality and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and mentor others.Whats in it for you Total Rewards (For Full-Time Hourly/Salaried >30 hours/week):Medical Dental and Vision InsuranceFlexible Spending AccountsLife InsuranceDisability InsurancePaid Time Off403(b) with Company MatchTransportation SubsidyEmployee Recognition ProgramsReferral Bonus opportunitiesAnd More!Want to learn moreTo learn more about Chimes and how you can achieve personal and professional growth within a purpose-driven organization visit us at: Experience:Unclear Seniority Key Skills Clerical,Abinitio,Chiller,Application Engineering,ELV,AV Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Yearly Salary Salary: 80000 - 85000
