If you are ambitious team-oriented and ready to grow your IT career in a supportive environment we want to talk to you!WHAT WE OFFERCompetitive starting wageFull training in your role with a seasoned mentorGrowth opportunities across 13 dealershipsMedical Dental and Vision insuranceShort-Term and Long-Term Disability401(k)FREE life insurancePaid time offEmployee discounts with local businessesRESPONSIBILITIESMonitor and support LAN/WAN firewalls VPNs and wireless networks (UniFi Sophos)Install configure and maintain servers operating systems and applicationsImplement and enforce security protocols (antivirus patch management access controls)Diagnose and resolve hardware software and network issues promptlyProactively monitor system performance and address potential problemsMaintain detailed documentation of configurations procedures and changesProvide technical support and training to staff in a user-friendly mannerManage end-user requests via the Help Desk systemEnsure compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulationsSupport projects and upgrades during and outside normal business hours as neededREQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIESStrong knowledge of LAN/WAN DNS DHCP and BGP troubleshootingHands-on experience with hardware/software installation and maintenance (desktops laptops printers peripherals)Proficiency with Windows desktop and server operating systems including Active Directory in an enterprise environmentExpertise with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint Teams)Familiarity with VOIP phone systems and camera systemsAbility to research recommend and procure IT equipment and suppliesExcellent time management skills and ability to work independentlyStrong team collaboration skills with professional user-focused communicationPhysical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.QUALIFICATIONS5 years of hands-on IT experience in a corporate environmentA Network certifications preferredTraining in Microsoft Fundamentals preferredProficient typing (50 WPM preferred)SCHEDULE & ON-CALLStandard 40-hour work week (primarily MondayFriday)Occasional evening/weekend hours for projectsRotational on-call weekends with the IT teamOTHER REQUIREMENTSAbility to pass a drug test and background checksValid drivers license and reliable transportationSam Leman Automotive Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
