IT Systems Manager at Robert Half

As the IT Systems Manager, you will oversee and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations across a small but dynamic IT department. You’ll support internal end users in and play a critical role in managing data and collaborating closely with our ERP team. This position requires a proactive, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work independently with minimal training.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain IT systems, network infrastructure, and Active Directory for internal users.Collaborate with the ERP team to provide input and support for Oracle ERP system.Ensure accurate data management and integrity across systems.Provide direct IT support to all levels of the organization, including C-Suite executives. Interface with stakeholders to gather and input data into the ERP system.Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions promptly.Drive continuous improvement initiatives within IT processes and systems.
