IT Technical LeadLocation :: Torrance, CATechnical Lead – Agile, Scrum, SaaS, PaaSResponsibilities will include:Coordinate with project managers to develop budgets and timelinesOversee the design, testing, and deployment processesIntervene when development is behind scheduleCoordinate and Organize Dev WorkKeep the backlog clean, scoped, and prioritizedHelp define sprint goals and ensure tasks are realistically sizedTranslate stakeholder requests into clear action itemsOwn QA and Delivery Hygiene - QA features before launch and coordinate testingLog bugs, verify fixes, and handle regressions quicklyKeep track of what's released, what's blocked, and what's brokenExecute Lightweight Technical WorkSkillset:Bachelor's Degree or equivalentMinimum of 8 years of experience managing highly complex technical projects involving large teamsAgile Scrum Master Certification preferred2 years of Agile Scrum Master experience preferredPreferred to have industry knowledge to support the design and/or vendor product selection to solve corporate wide issues or enhancementsMust be extremely knowledgeable in project management tools and techniquesSuperior verbal and written communication skills with excellent presentation skills with a demonstrated ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple and logical mannerWell-developed analytical skills and demonstrated ability to provide clarity to complex issues and synthesize large amounts of informationExcellent understanding of SaaS/PaaS technology components and their deployment.Excellent project management skills, including planning, tracking, and reporting.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to mitigate risks effectively.Experience in maintaining strategic alliances with technology partners.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to lead and motivate technical teams to achieve project goals.
