The RoleThe Staff Technical Consultant (TC) is responsible for participating in a technical team through the deployment of a Contender Solutions project in ServiceNow. The Staff TC works with the Solutions Architect (SA) and Project Manager (PM) to configure ServiceNow according to the project scope and Contender best practices.Responsibilities include:Understand industry and ServiceNow best practices.Understand Contender products and service offerings.Participate in the implementation of delivery projects, including:Gathering requirements from the clientParticipating in design development with the Solutions ArchitectImplementing requirements defined in Agile stories and tasksRequired Skills and Professional Experience At least 1 year of experience as an administrator or developer of the ServiceNow platformAbility to develop on the ServiceNow platform including configuration and customizationStrong JavaScripting experienceStrong interpersonal and communications skillsPreferred Skills and Professional Experience Experience with the ITIL frameworkExperience explaining ServiceNow solutions to business stakeholdersKnowledge of Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Workflow/Flow Designer, Table/Form creation, etc.Experience with Agile methodology (including story refinement, testing, and scrum)ServiceNow System Admin CertificationServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification Your future at PresidioJoiningPresidiomeans stepping into aculture of trailblazers-thinkers, builders, and collaborators-who push the boundaries of what's possible.
