Job SummaryKitchen Line Cooks are responsible for food preparation, presentation, recipe adherence and quality control. All while working alongside top chefs.We are hiring line cooks that have experience in casual dining or fast food restaurants. The ideal candidate has culinary skills and has experience preparing, cooking, plating. Basic Qualifications:Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodationAvailable to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidaysMeet store operating policies and standardsRequired Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesStrong organizational skills and ability to multitask;Acceptable verbal English communication skill;Strong interpersonal skillsAbility to work as part of a team, follow direction and work together with the Head Chef to deliver outstanding service.Enforce Health Department Regulations and be ServSafe certified;Duties:Perform daily operations, including but not limited to: Kitchen Prep, Cooking, Plating etcProperly clean and sanitize all counters and work areas. Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.Ensure all food and other items are stored properlyMust be able to muti-task and adapt to any pace.High School diploma or higher;Fast food or retail experience is preferred;Physical demands:Ability to continuously stand or walkAbility to bend and lift frequentlyAbility to lift up to 10lbs frequently and 50lbs occasionallyAbility to squat occasionally Work environment:Work will be conducted in a kitchen and restaurant environmentMay encounter temperatures ranging from 32 degrees to 425 degrees around equipmentMay occasionally walk on slippery surfacesNoise level in the work environment is frequently loudThis position requires moderate physical activity. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position including moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. This position requires nearly continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead.
