Make a difference for our clients our team and your career.As a Central Supervisory Manager in the Central Supervision team you ensure the suitability and compliance of annuity and insurance products for our clients. You collaborate with colleagues across the organization to resolve supervisory issues and drive process improvements. You help train new team members and influence positive change. Together we create solutions that make lives better and build long-term relationships with our clients.Job ResponsibilitiesConduct suitability reviews for a variety of annuity and insurance productsEscalate supervisory issues and recommend appropriate actionsPartner strategically with field Supervisory Managers and registered personnel to resolve exceptionsReview work items escalated internally by junior team membersDeliver training to newly hired team membersIdentify and drive process improvementsInfluence stakeholders and align them to final resolutionsComplete project work and additional tasks as assignedArticulate findings and recommendations clearly to managementMaintain strong organization and attention to detailMeet service level agreements and project deadlines through effective time managementRequired Qualifications Capabilities and SkillsMinimum 7 years of experience in the securities and investment industryDeep understanding of advisory services products and complex client accountsWorking knowledge of US financial regulations including FINRA rulesProven ability to make sound risk-based decisions independentlyStrong research analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skillsAbility to collaborate across multiple levels of supervisionActive and valid FINRA Series 7 licenseActive and valid FINRA Series 66 (or 63 and 65) 9/10 (or 4 24 53) and State Life & Health Insurance license or ability to obtain within 120 days of hireStrong organization skills and attention to detailDemonstrated ability to work in a dynamic evolving team environmentPreferred Qualifications Capabilities and SkillsBachelors degreeExperience delivering training and mentoring team membersExperience driving process improvements and change initiativesAdvanced analytical skills for identifying trends and patternsExperience influencing stakeholders and aligning teams to resolutionsStrong project management skillsFamiliarity with digital solutions in wealth managementRequired Experience:Exec Key Skills Change Management,Financial Services,Growing Experience,Managed Care,Management Experience,Analysis Skills,Senior Leadership,Performance Management,Process Management,Leadership Experience,negotiation,Analytics Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
