You may review modify or update your information by visiting and logging into the careers section of the system.Job Description:At Regions the Associate Trust Advisor through the mentorship of a senior advisor will build foundational skills knowledge and expertise needed to further their advancement to an advisor role. The Associate Trust Advisor will focus on the administration and client servicing of an assigned book of business.This position is designed to prepare the Associate for the complexity of the traditional Trust Advisor role.Primary Responsibilities Establishes new client relationships in addition to providing advisory services and support to their existing assigned client relationships Assigns accounts for administrationPartners with Trust Advisors as a relationship management point of contact delivering administrative support to key clientsExecutes client servicing requirementsConducts Annual Relationship Reviews for clientsPerforms perpetual discovery assessing a clients financial situation to retain & grow the client relationshipCommunicates and delivers the Private Wealth Management mission and vision statementThis position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.This position is incentive eligible.RequirementsBachelors degreeOne (1) year of Trust Administration Estate/Tax Law Financial Planning or relevant experience PreferencesBasic knowledge of foundational trust principles and regulatory tax matters related to the administration of trust accountsSkills and Competencies Proficient sales negotiation presentation & problem-solving skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsPosition TypeFull timeCompensation DetailsPay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience skills knowledge contribution job location and most importantly performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.Job Range Target:Minimum:$45254.00 USDMedian:$67160.00 USDIncentive Pay Plans:This role is eligible to participate in a formulaic incentive plan.
