Morgan Advisors you will operate in a setting that encourages creativity and flexibility while maintaining high performance and results expectations. Your role will involve close collaboration with Field Support front office partners and key stakeholders to pinpoint training requirements. Additionally you will act as a daily training resource for the front office providing guidance on J.P. Morgan Advisors procedures systems and best practices.Job Responsibilities:Assist with the creation of content and design curriculums to engage learners and promote understandingCreate criteria to judge learners performance and maintain collateral (Online repository of guides one-pagers FAQs etc)Collaborate with key stakeholders on training contentAnalyze source documents data sets or other sources to develop training contentPlan and execute classroom and virtual instructor-led programs as well as eLearning programsWork closely with legal risk and compliance to ensure alignment with policy and proceduresDeliver training sessions nationally (virtual and onsite)Facilitate training as needed for new Advisors and Advisor SupportEngage the front office on new tech platform and adoptionWork closely with the field support team to manage and troubleshoot issuesSupport recruiting efforts through technology demosRequiredqualifications capabilities and skills:Bachelors degree or equivalent experience requiredExcellent oral and written communication skills are a mustAdaptable flexible and willing to work in dynamic work environmentAt least 5 years experience in instructional design in a training organizationDemonstrate use of analytical skills in a training organizationAbility to work with staff at all levels of the organization; Domestic travel requiredAbility to use multiple learning methods and link appropriate methods with subject matterA self-starter who possesses ability to successfully operate with limited guidanceHighly proficient in PowerPoint Word and ExcelProven ability to work independently and completely handle multiple responsibilities with high degree of accuracy in a fast paced high pressure environmentPreferred qualifications capabilities and skills:Maintain a sense of urgency and ability to prioritize and multi-taskAbility to get up to speed quickly with new or unfamiliar subject matterAbility to take the lead in unstructured situations and ensure an optimal experienceFEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE ACT:This position is subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance such an employment offer for this position is contingent on JPMorganChases review of criminal conviction history including pretrial diversions or program entries.This information should be placed at the bottom below the Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills section.Required Experience:Exec Key Skills General Insurance,Corporate Sales,Cost Estimation,Benefits & Compensation,Heavy Equipment,AC Maintenance Employment Type : Full-Time Department / Functional Area: Administration Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Monthly Salary Salary: 95000 - 165000
