Part-time Janitor (2 Full or 3 Half Days)$17-$18 an hour Based on Skills and Experience**Please monitor your email for communications regarding your application**No phone inquiries pleaseSuccessful candidates are expected to comply with the general attendance policies and all safety policies and procedures.Note: The percentages in the Essential Functions are subject to change depending on production.Primary PurposeThe janitor maintains a clean working environment for all staff and visitors ensuring all areas are safe.Essential FunctionsDaily1. Clean/Sanitize: doors doorknobs/handles or push plates paper towel dispensers soap dispenser light switches sinks faucets toilets water fountains throughout the offices restrooms and breakroom.2. Clean and sanitize the restroom floor.3. Empty garbage cans.4. Clean the inside and outside of the microwaves.5. Empty and disinfect the feminine hygiene trashcans and refill hygiene item disposal bags as needed. 6. Clean and sanitize the breakroom floor. Twice Weekly1. Vacuum all available offices/reception area/hallways and conference room.2. Sweep and mop all tile areas in entryways.3. Clean/sanitize conference room table front office cabinets and countertops.4. Sweep war room and proto room.5. Clean entry doors/glass.6. Pick up trash around the exterior of the building.Monthly1. Clean windows in office area. 2. Maintain cleaning supply inventory. Coordinate replenishment orders with Front Desk Clerk.3. Clean all walls in offices and shopPhysical activities typically performed while on the job.
