DescriptionJob Summary Details: The Cleaner On Call part time position provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area. Housekeeping/Cleaner experience is Required. Open availability at night. For information about ABMs benefits visitABM Employee Benefits Front Line Team Members (Programa de Beneficios de ABM)Basic Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of Housekeeping/Janitorial Work ExperienceCustomer service experienceMust be 18 years of age or olderNo high school diploma GED or college degree required Responsibilities:Clean and maintain buildings/facilitiesFollows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage to floors and fixturesNotify Manager concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systemsEstablish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients co-workers shift coordinators supervisors managers etc.Comply with all safety security compliance and quality standards and procedures established by the Company Clients and regulatory authoritiesCleans and vacuums carpeted areas including application of spot cleaning treatment.Cleans tabletops chairs and equipment in food areas suites and lounges.Cleans services and maintain necessary supplies for assigned restrooms.Cleans interior partition glass windows glass partitions and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners with sponges and squeegees.Must keep janitors closet neat and orderly and maintain equipment in good working order.Gathers and empties trash.Miscellaneous duties as assigned A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
