We are currently seeking a reliable Janitor/Custodian that will be able to provide excellent cleaning services.Job Summary:You will be responsible for keeping assigned areas clean and in orderly condition, you will be required to execute the scope of work for all assigned locations and locations assigned to you by manager for coverage.Location:Princeton, WV 24740Job Responsibilities:Vacuum, sweep and mop floorsClean and sanitize bathroomsClean counter tops, kitchen and conference room areasRestock supplies in bathroomsEmpty all trash cans and replace linersClean and sanitize waiting areas and exam rooms.Dust baseboards, lights, furniture and appliances as needed.Clean mirrors, windows and doorsMaintain janitor closets in a clean, safe and operable conditionFollow safety rules and OSHA compliancePerform general cleaning tasks throughout our facilityRestock supplies in areas assignedMaintains in attractive and clean condition areas assigned and notifies supervisor or Maintenance of necessary repairs of facilities and/or equipment.Ensure that the doors are locked at night and alarms setMust use time and Attendance system to report hours and payroll purposesSkills:Good communication skillsAbility to follow oral and written instructionsBasic knowledge of cleaning techniques and cleaning productsGood attendance and punctualityFull time and part-time positionsBenefits with Full-time include:Paid time offHealth insuranceDental insuranceEye insurance403B Retirement plan (include part-time)Uniforms provided (include part-time)
