Responsible for planning directing participating and overseeing crew members and subcontractors ensuringperformance expectations are met. Develops and maintains professional working relationships with all clients in accordance with their contracts.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESConfers with customers and subcontractors to evaluate and provide improved and expanded services in the areaDevelops and implements plans for efficient use of materials machines effective cleaning processesReviews subcontractor work site conditions/quality and maintains cleaning schedules in accordance with customers requirementsVisit accounts as prescribed on their portfolio and submit completed audit inspection reports as directed by their managerAssure that customers needs are expeditiously addressed with a sense of urgency meeting response time requirementsPreparation and timely submission of daily weekly and monthly reports as required by management.Responsible for making minor repairs and adjustments to equipment and/or submitting a service order for major repairs if needed.EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR OUR REGIONAL ZONE MANAGERMust have at least 5-10 years experiencein the janitorial management field.Project management experience coordinating project plans communicating changes and progress while meeting project deadlines within budgetManaging staff in planning decision-making facilitating and process improvementTravel is required for this position-50% or more.Successful candidates must have superior work ethics customer service skills and technical knowledge in all facets of commercial cleaning including administrative duties- using email tablets computers are a must.Will be responsible for providing on-the-job training for maintaining cooperative working relationships and having the ability to analyze situations and take effective actionsMust have working knowledge of big box retail accounts.Proficient in office 365 with working knowledge of managing portfolio of $30 million.Must be an Agile business leader versed in driving results through the DMAIC process towards long term solutions.Bilingual a plusWhats In It for YouAs a full-time KBS employee (30 hours per week) you may qualify for benefits including medical prescription drugs dental vision and more!Paid Time OffLife InsuranceSupplemental Health Insurance (E.G.
