The candidate we are seeking must demonstrate stable experience in a similar position and possess the requisite skills to perform light handiwork. The candidate must have good interpersonal skills and present a professional appearance. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the daily building and grounds maintenance care and operation including upkeep of all common areas and overall facility.
