To accomplish our goals we hire quality team members properly train them and continuously communicate with them through our Total Quality Management process.Job Skills / RequirementsSUMMARY: Responsible for managing leading and directing Team Members performing cleaning service at customer location as assigned.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES: Includes but not limited to the following.Interviews hires and trains employees.Plans assigns and directs work.Addresses complaints and resolves problems.Coordinates and leads janitorial Team Members in the execution of safety quality customer satisfaction training and team work.Able to work through and with counterparts in maintaining daily shift communication on all issues changes and needs.Regularly conducts daily evaluations of quality of cleaning being provided to the customer.Able to maintain a safe clean and productive work environment.Complete daily administrative functions.Perform or exhibit effective leadership and conflict resolution.Must have excellent organizational skills and detailed oriented.Ability to train Team Members in standardized work practices.Knowledge and use and operation of janitorial equipment such as walk-behind scrubbers buffers and riding scrubbers. Must have basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word and Excel).LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals in English.REASONING: Ability to apply common understanding to carry out uninvolved written and oral instructions.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to walk. The employee frequently is required to talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; handle or feel reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop kneel crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to thirty (30) pounds.
