Other duties may be Assigned:Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products tools and proceduresCleaning duties include sweeping mopping dusting polishing trash removal restroom sanitizing cleaning vacuuming moving furniture and equipment etc.Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.Use of proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) where required.Open and lock facilities enable and disable security systems as required.Demonstrate a strong work ethic positive demeanor and willingness to learn.The ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail is a must.Support the team by being in uniform reliable dependable and on time.Demonstrate respect and understanding for co-workers and customers.1-2 years experience as a custodian janitor or housekeeper is a plus but not requiredExperience working for a professional janitorial company office complex hotel hospital or school is a plus.Physical Demands and Qualifications:Constant (up to 100%) standing walking pushing balancing stooping kneeling crouching twisting reaching overhead reaching forward.
