Job Title: Japanese Bilingual Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: Torrance, CA (Hybrid, once a week onsite)Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pmClassification: Non-Exempt, Full-Time, Direct-HireA rapidly growing global company in the finance industry is seeking a Japanese bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their expanding team. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in a professional and supportive environment. You'll receive comprehensive training, gain hands-on experience with global business operations, and have the opportunity to grow into more specialized or senior roles over time.The company values collaboration and flexibility - offering a hybrid work style (only one day per week onsite) to support both productivity and work-life balance.Responsibilities:Provide exceptional customer service to business clients in both English and Japanese.Assist managers with client communication, documentation, proposals, research, and vendor coordination.Process account-related requests, such as adjustments, invoicing, and documentation.Support client renewals, new account setups, and competitive bids in collaboration with the client support team.Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.Participate in team meetings and training sessions to further develop industry knowledge and skills.Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture by being proactive and detail-oriented.Qualifications:Bilingual in Japanese and English - business-level proficiency required.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.Benefits:Medical/Dental/Vision/Life/AD&D/LTD, PTO, Holidays, and 401kThe base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
