With a client-focused approach, we also provide online training and job placements, ensuring long-term IT success.Job PurposeWe are seeking a Full Stack Senior Java Developer with extensive experience in Charles River Development (CRD) / Charles River Investment Management System (CRIMS) or prior exposure to the Wealth Management domain. The role involves designing, developing, and integrating high-performance financial applications. This is a hands-on technical position suited for developers who combine deep Java expertise with a product-oriented mindset and modern DevOps practices. Key Responsibilities• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Java 10+ and modern frameworks. • Collaborate with business analysts and solution architects to deliver scalable and secure applications within the CRD/CRIMS environment. • Integrate and optimize systems supporting wealth management and financial operations. • Utilize GitHub for version control and manage development workflows effectively. • Apply GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted coding tools responsibly to improve efficiency and code quality. • Ensure alignment with Agile best practices for development, testing, and deployment. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues across front-end and back-end layers. • Participate in code reviews, system testing, and continuous integration/delivery processes.Required Skills & Experience• Minimum 10 years of professional Java development experience. • Proven expertise with Full Stack Java development, including both front-end and back-end frameworks. • Hands-on experience working with Charles River Development (CRD) or CRIMS systems. • Prior exposure to the Wealth Management or Financial Services domain. • Proficiency with GitHub for source control and collaboration. • Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or other AI-based development tools. • Strong understanding of software architecture, REST APIs, and microservices. • Ability to work collaboratively within distributed Agile teams. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.Preferred Skills & Attributes• Experience with cloud-native application development (AWS, Azure, or GCP). • Exposure to CI/CD tools and DevOps pipelines. • Knowledge of Spring Boot, React, or similar frameworks for front-end development. • Strong focus on quality, performance, and scalability in enterprise applications. • Detail-oriented mindset with commitment to code excellence and documentation.
