Job Title: Java Full Stack LeadJob ID: 2803452Position Type: Full-timeLocation: Pleasanton, CA(Remote)Role/Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of developers to ensure timely and successful project delivery.Design, develop, and implement Devops solutions, react.js, and full stack java applications.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain code quality and functionality.Implement best practices in software development and ensure adherence to coding standards.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth project execution.Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in Devops, react.js, and full stack development.Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree in computer science, Sciences or a related education (e.g. life science, medicine) , masters preferable.Minimum Requirements7+ years of experience in designing and developing applications as Full stack Developer.Experience in building applications using Java and Spring boot.Experience in JSON and XML.Experience in Service development using SOAP and REST.Must have object-oriented design (OOD) patterns experience for separation of concerns, code reusability, security, and performance.Experience in developing clean, well architected code.Hands on developer with good communication skills and passion for development best practices and Test-Driven Development.Strong understanding of testing methodologies such as Unit, Integration, Contract, functional, performance testing.Strong database skills preferable experience.Using Oracle, Postgres (using SQL query language).Experience in Angular/ React.Familiarity with Unix/Linux environmentsComfortable working from the command-line (Bash, Ksh)Experience with CI/CD tools.Continuous integration and deployment such as Jenkins.Knowledge of Source Control Management.Experience in catching frameworks like Redis.Pay and Benefits Pay Range Minimum: $ 68000 per year Pay Range Maximum: $ 139700 per year HCLTech is an equal opportunity employer, committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees regardless of race, religion, sex, color, age, national origin, pregnancy, sexual orientation, physical disability or genetic information, military or veteran status, or any other protected classification, in accordance with federal, state, and/or local law.
