Java Software Engineer at Interapt

Build secure scalable full-stack applications using Java and modern front-end technologies Develop and integrate APIs (experience with API Forge is a plus but not required) Contribute to an agile development environment with a focus on quality and performance Troubleshoot enhance and maintain both front-end and back-end components Collaborate with engineering leadership and cross-functional partners to deliver high-value features Requirements 2 years of hands-on Java software development experience Full stack background must be comfortable with both front-end and back-end development Experience with React Python and working with APIs Practical experience implementing REST services ideally using Java and Spring Boot Familiarity with deploying applications to cloud platforms (Kubernetes PCF GCP Azure or AWS) Understanding of agile development practices Solid communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote collaborative setting Nice to Have Experience with API Forge Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins Concourse Bamboo) Experience with Postgres or similar relational databases Familiarity with tools like Jira Rally or Pivotal Tracker*This role is not open to agency submissions or Corp-to-Corp partnerships.
