Job DescriptionJob DescriptionComResource is looking for a JD Edwards – IT Business Application Analyst.We need someone to assist in leading the analysis, design, implementation, and support of JD Edwards business applications across the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Finance, Distribution, or Manufacturing modules and a strong ability to translate business needs into effective technology solutions.Responsibilities:Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, processes, and objectivesTranslate requirements into functional specifications and conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities for improvementDesign, configure, and implement JDE applications that align with business goalsPartner with IT developers, system architects, and vendors to deliver high-quality solutionsDevelop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality and performanceProvide ongoing support for JDE applications, including troubleshooting, updates, and documentationConduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actionsAct as a liaison between IT and business units to ensure alignment and clear communicationTrain end-users and ensure smooth adoption of new processes or applicationsIdentify opportunities for automation and optimization within business processesStay current with JDE and ERP industry trends to recommend innovative solutionsEssentials:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field3–5 years of experience with JD Edwards ERP, specifically in Finance or Distribution modulesProven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and functional specification developmentStrong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesDesired:Experience in a corporate or manufacturing environmentKnowledge of business process modeling and optimization techniquesWillingness to travel up to 25% of the timeReq ID: RB351150106
