A company is looking for a Career Coach to support graduates in finding jobs within the healthcare sector.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide group and one-on-one career coaching to students navigating their job searchAssist students in constructing and refining resumes and cover letters tailored for healthcare employersConduct mock interviews and provide feedback to improve interview performanceRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Career Counseling, or a related field preferredProven experience as a career coach, counselor, or similar role; healthcare industry experience is a plusFamiliarity with career development theories and coaching techniquesProficiency in online teaching tools and technology (Zoom, Calendly, Google Suite)Strong understanding of job market trends, especially in the healthcare sector, is a plus
