Job Title: Customer Support Executive Location: Columbus Ohio Job Type: W2 contract Experience : 0-8 years or related to field Open to H4 EAD Green Card and U.S. Citizens Job Summary We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Customer Support Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries providing solutions and ensuring excellent customer experience through phone email chat or in-person communication. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently Respond to customer queries via phone email or chat support Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely manner Maintain records of customer interactions feedback and transactions Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or team leader Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved Maintain service quality and achieve performance targets Build and maintain positive customer relationships Understand company products/services to provide better assistance Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate in any discipline (Preferred) Proven experience in customer service or call center environment is a plus Strong communication skills (English/Hindi or regional languages) Good listening and problem-solving abilities Ability to handle pressure and multitask Basic computer knowledge and typing skills Customer-centric and positive attitude Thanks Mohit Key Skills Building Construction,Hospital management,Cardiac Surgery,EMC,Kitchen Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
