Key Responsibilities Analyze and document business processes system workflows and data structures. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into functional and technical specifications. Support implementation of software solutions integrations and process automation initiatives. Conduct system testing troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate resolutions with IT and vendors. Develop dashboards reports and data visualizations to support decision-making. Maintain system documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards and data governance policies. Provide ongoing support and training to end users. Qualifications Required: Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Analytics or related field. 2 years of experience in a technical business systems or data analysis role. Strong proficiency in SQL Excel and data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau). Solid understanding of system integrations APIs and databases. Excellent problem-solving communication and documentation skills. Preferred: Experience with ERP CRM or financial systems (e.g. SAP Salesforce Oracle).
